Minn. Stat. § 325F.665 (Minnesota Lemon Law) primarily covers new vehicles. The federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (MMWA) frequently extends to used vehicles that came with any written warranty — manufacturer remaining warranty, certified pre-owned warranty, or a dealer's used-car warranty. How many repair attempts does Minnesota require?+
